WEAVE ROBOTICS WARRANTY POLICY
Weave is committed to building novel and durable products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how we will support you if an issue arises.
This Warranty Policy applies to the Weave Robotics device (the “Device”) provided under an applicable Order Agreement between Weave Robotics, Inc. (“Weave”) and the customer identified therein (“Customer”). This Warranty Policy forms part of the agreement between Weave and Customer (the “Agreement”), which includes the Weave Robotics Terms and Conditions and the applicable Order Agreement.

1. WARRANTIES; DISCLAIMER
Limited Warranty
Weave warrants to Customer that the Device shall, for a period of twenty-four (24) months commencing on the date the Device is installed at the approved location (the “Installation Date”), be free from material defects in materials and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”).
Weave will, at its sole discretion, choose between repairing the Device, replacing the Device, or providing improved parts in servicing the Device.
The Limited Warranty covers substantial defects that materially impair the Device’s ability to perform its intended functions. Minor variations in performance, appearance, or operation that do not substantially affect use, value, or safety are not covered, although Weave in its sole discretion may offer remedy.
Weave makes no warranty of any kind with respect to any Third-Party Products (as defined below), which are provided “AS IS,” and does not warrant that the Device shall operate in combination with other hardware, software, systems, or data not provided by Weave and specifically qualified by Weave for use in combination with the Device, or that the operation of the Device shall be uninterrupted or error-free. In the event of a breach by Weave of the Limited Warranty, and provided Customer notifies Weave of such breach, Weave shall, at its discretion repair or replace such affected Device, or, if Weave determines such repair or replacement is not feasible, refund the Fees paid for such affected Device. Any repaired or replaced Device remains covered for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period.
The remedies described above are the exclusive remedies available under this Limited Warranty.
The Limited Warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Your improper use, operation, maintenance, handling, or any failure to comply with installation, handling, and operation instructions provided by Weave or set forth in the applicable Documentation;
- Your commercial use of the Device (except as allowed for by Section 4);
- Alterations or modifications not made by Weave that cause a failure or defect of the Device (provided that such modifications do not void this warranty except to the extent that such modifications caused the defect requiring repair);
- Misuse, abuse, intentional damage, accident, or neglect of Customer;
- Fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or other natural disasters or environmental conditions;
- Power failures, power surges, problems arising from improper voltage provided by Customer, operation with an incorrect power source, or operation in otherwise unsuitable environmental conditions;
- Pet damage after delivery;
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, scuffs, or discoloration from normal use, or other cosmetic damage that does not affect the Device’s functionality;
- Defects resulting from operation with non-Weave products or components; and
- Failure by Customer to promptly install or implement any Release or field correction provided or made accessible by Weave.
2. DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF THE SERVICES
Without limiting the Limited Warranty and subject to applicable law, Customer acknowledges that the Device incorporates evolving hardware and software technologies. As with early-stage products, performance characteristics may improve over time through updates and enhancements.
3. REPAIRS OUTSIDE THE LIMITED WARRANTY
Weave’s primary goal when you encounter an issue with your Device will be to fix it for you, quickly. This notwithstanding, if you, the Customer, request a replacement or repair of the Device and we determine that the repair is not covered by the Limited Warranty provided above, Weave may:
- Offer repair services at Customer’s expense; or
- Replace the Device at Customer’s expense.
In certain cases where repair is not feasible and the issue is not covered by this Limited Warranty, Weave may elect to discontinue service and arrange retrieval of the Device in accordance with the Agreement.
4. COMMERCIAL USE WITH EXPLICIT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Commercial or business use of the Device will not void the Limited Warranty if such use is expressly authorized under a separate written service agreement between Customer and Weave (a “Service Agreement”). In such cases, the applicable Service Agreement will govern the permitted scope and conditions of commercial use, including any additional warranty terms, service levels, or limitations. If there is a conflict between this Warranty Policy and a Service Agreement regarding commercial use, the Service Agreement will control. Commercial use of the Device without an applicable Service Agreement remains excluded from this Limited Warranty as set forth in Section 1 above.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, (A) WEAVE DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR EXTEND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR WITH RESPECT TO THE DEVICE, APP OR SOFTWARE OR ANY OTHER SERVICES OR MATERIALS PROVIDED HEREUNDER, AND (B) WEAVE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.
6. APPS AND SOFTWARE
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, CUSTOMER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR ASSURANCE THAT ANY APPS OR SOFTWARE SHALL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS OR ERRORS, OR OPERATE OR PERFORM WITHOUT FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION, AND THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR ASSURANCE THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS, OR ANY FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION IN OPERATION OR PERFORMANCE SHALL BE CORRECTED.
